I've been looking around in the path of totality in all of KY and TN...
Hotels are BOOKED SOLID. Nowhere along the path of totality in either state has any availability whatsoever.
Not only that but some of the hotels have cranked their rates up to $1000.
I'M NOT KIDDING.
Damn...
I was gonna go have an eclipse party, but now I'm just like fuck it.
I'll have to get up early and drive to my typical hangout...
I'm just lucky I actually live super near the path of totality and there's a good viewing spot from the places I typically frequent anyways.
I didn't realize people were so into it...
I guess everybody's not as dumb as I thought.
