He's acting here though. He did several interviews like that. You can see that producer on the right trying not to laugh.
He's promoting a new movie about the making of the Andy Kaufman movie he stared in, so this is the theme of that. He did some normal interviews after that one where he just explains the movie and how it made him think about actors playing characters.
He's trying to create a buzz, but he's not even relevant anymore, lol.
I can't stand to look at his mouth when he talks! It looks like his lips don't close to form words normally... it looks fucking off and bizarre. I notice that with some people and I can't get past watching their mouths. LOL!
