She had been one of Hugh’s many, many, many girlfriends. She ended up marrying her now ex-husband Roy on the TV show about the Playboy Mansion. Roy was a total pansy loser who treated Stacy like shit for 8 years of her life, made her pay all the bills, let his friends call her a whore at their football parties wherein Stacy had prepared all the food and drinks for the manchildren. Etc., etc. Stacy was actually sad when he divorced her, hard to fathom.
