Yeah it's all these shortcuts that really make no sense...
Like the guy who paid a shitload of money to get ab surgery.
It's literally just scars and rearrangement of fat/tissue or something that gives the illusion of abs.
Just like ANYTHING else, you get up close to it... and you can tell it's not real.
Liposuction for example...
If you don't work hard to keep up that new shape, the fat comes back and it forms in really strange areas and looks uneven and totally fucked up.
Shortcuts are not the way in life.
