Anybody else thinking we should've had a moon base and put a man on Mars by now?

Guys, guys... Humans have already been to Mars. Among many other individual testimonies of human Mars colonization, the testimony of Andrew Basiago has alleged that the US and other gov't's have had teleportation programs which have sent people to Mars since at least the early 1980's. Until now, about 7 people have corroborated the account of Basiago, among those including: Bernard Mendez and William Stillings, who are direct eyewitnesses of his account, and Laura Eisenhower, who is an independent corroborator. Interestingly, Laura Eisenhower, being an independent corroborator, has stated that she was recruited to go to Mars in 2006, and had subsequently refused to go, and was told that the method of travel she would use to go to Mars was called, "ARC". Laura, not knowing what that named meant, attributed it to Noah's Ark, but it was elucidated by Basiago that "ARC" was an acronym for Aeronautical Repositioning Chamber - gathered from what I assume was from his experience in US Mars "jump-room" (teleportation) program. And yes, Laura Eisenhower is the great-granduaghter of Dwight D. Eisenhower. lol
