She was NOT a victim of sexual assault at the hands of this guy... she planned it and was obsessed with mutilating sex organs. They need to lock her up and throw away the key... I don't think you can even rehabilitate that level of sickness.
The picture of the guy in the hallway supposedly after the attack is a bit strange though... something doesn't add up with this story. If he was a willing participant in this act, it still doesn't make it okay. And if you think that no one would willingly participate/be a willing 'victim' of such a thing, think again. People are sick and twisted.
