The bike element is something no one has really given an explanation to.
Like maybe it was "in the way" and they just decided to move it?
Or maybe they moved it after they were basically done with the scene?
The most suspicious part to me is that we never saw a photo of Elliot's dead body.
All you see is shoes peaking out. That could be anyone, or it could be a dummy.
Photos would have been released, or leaked, if they existed.
That's my biggest issue with all of this.
It's not like his head was totally blown off, there's no blood in the car.
There's no excuse for lack of photo evidence that it was him.
