Do you think his father's "Crisis" was real? or at least, that much of a crisis that he couldn't even give 140 dollars a month? Sounds silly...

I wouldn't find it a bit surprising. It's not like Elliot's dad is a billionaire. A lot of people out there are living well above their means just to keep up appearances. Who knows. With the money thingy, it's all relative. If you have a million dollars, you need a million more just to pay taxes or upkeep whatever crap you bought with the million.

Am I the only one wondering about why their communications relied heavy on emails?

I don't find it that odd, it's common these days. I rarely phone my family or friends, it's almost always text or email.

Thanks, the posting of that video was inspired by Elliot... I'm pretty sure he even played it in one of his videos which has since been removed for copyrighted music. Maybe not though. But I know it has happened a few times. Totally an Elliot song though.
