Alternative for Germany party politician censored under new German hate speech law

I think I heard that new hate speech law is now in affect in Germany as well. The "pay 50 million euro if you don´t quickly remove hate speech posts on social media" which is basically going to lead to companies deleting anything that has gotten reported by left wing trolls because, if they´re not quick about deleting it, they´ll be suckin on a 50 million euro bill - which might be small potatoes to Google and Facebook but all the smaller platforms out there can´t handle fines like that.
