I think either the Heirship Bank thing got the fuzz on her, and then they demanded she delete her online presence. Or...
Cindy was an agent all along, and her mission was accomplished.

Around that timestamp, Cindy had said "do a background check on me" as she was talking about her own identity basically, urging the audience to do it and prove she was legit. So I did my level best to find any proof Cindy is a real person (birth records, etc.) and they were nowhere to be found.
It's interesting that the only info that exists about her out there of the 'official' variety is her LinkedIn page which lists all her degree information.

With those kind of certifications, Cindy would be great in an infiltration/agent capacity... she'd excel at mindfucking people.
