I wanted to start a thread dedicated to tracking the current solar activity and correlating it to any physical effects such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, etc.

According to SpaceWeather.com, we've been in a stream of high speed solar wind for the last few days, and it will persist for a few days more.

I've experienced headache and fatigue today, and I've heard others talk about similar unexplained symptoms like dizziness, unexplained fatigue, etc.

More and more the evidence (personal and first-hand) keeps mounting... spaceweather has a huge impact on us.
