He's pretty messed up at this point, his skin is fried by the desert sun, his clothes are obliterated, he's getting thinner and thinner...
I don't know if he just declines everyone's offers or if no one is stepping up to the plate.
What do you mean by taken him in? He’s had plenty of people drive to give him stuff. That one guy just drove from Wy to Az. Do you mean that people should let him live with them? Do you generally bring homeless people from the street to come live with you?
