Seems like it's just some random dude who was local to the area Zane's been in the last couple days, and watches his videos...
Zane seemed to insinuate at one point that he had seen the guy in the chat/comments before on past streams/vids.
But I really don't know for sure...
He just showed up to Zane's camping spot this morning as a surprise, and I don't think Zane knows him from Adam.
As far as the old guy's associations and whatnot, I can't be specific about who I think he works for, but I would say he's been retired for a good long while.
