Well that’s just it, isn’t it? If that was my job and I was going to broadcast all night but the phone got ruined, I’d get my ass in the car and I’d drive to WalMart and get a new damn phone.
And it isn’t even a matter of the phone having been dropped in water... the screen is obliterated. It’s been needing to be replaced for sometime.
Sure, it was semi-entertaining to see Zane pull out his backup phone with the terrible audio and attempt to continue that broadcast. That’s the zany nature of the show...
But at a certain point ya gotta show some damn respect for yourself and your viewers by ensuring that you have a functioning, non-broken phone to DO YOUR JOB ON.
