Is within the toroid and is what the particles of the matrix stick to.
It's the 'framework' where the energetic expression of the toroid is projected and perceived.
1:22 Gigi in reference to the viewer's question validates their fear of the 'containment grid' (a conceptual prison). Well that is bullshit. Anything that stirs up or feeds fear is the wrong path, and it's the wrong perception.
The lattice is not a 'prison'... it's a framework. Without it, there would be no boundaries and no existential experience... no experience in general. That's like saying the walls in your house 'scare you' because they're a prison or something. Well, without the walls, you wouldn't have a damn house.
