I haven't seen Zane do ANYTHING but run the hell away from you and the kids...
He ran far away, he lost his mode of transportation, he put himself in a position of homelessness in the desert...
He gave you all the money he made in that time period and ate out of dumpsters...
I mean, what exactly is the trend here? The trend is Zane SAYING he's going to do something (come back to you and the kids, etc.) and never ACTUALLY doing it...
And I suspect that's how it's always been with you two.
I'm not saying that isn't a terrible fucking quality in a person, I mean yeah, it's pretty God awful.
But to sit back and act like Zane is just minutes away from wherever the hell you are, and act like he's got a greased lightning moped or something...

Zane is more likely to die out there in the desert as a homeless man than he is to make it back to Texas and have the energy to do fuck all to you or your kids.
