That all depends on whether you can do the work yourself obviously she can not. Materials are cheap its the labor. Have you ever lived in a Van? Most people it doesn't last long. Its good for adventure in the short term though. You can put a toilet and cooking in them but they really are to small to fit a shower. Which means you either go to the gym or truck stops. In winter it gets cold needs heating. You could put a gas heater but it needs to be ventilated or you can die from carbon monoxide.
