Apparently some moss is THOUSANDS of years old.

And you have to boil it in several changes of water until it's a gelatinous mush before it's edible. Which sucks. Why couldn't it just be like broccoli?

I'm gonna eat some moss...

When the stars align and the time is right. It's gonna happen.
