Dude I have noooooooooooo fucking idea why anyone would choose to live there rather than in an actual house or just a newer trailer in a state with more reasonable prices and quality. Like... it makes no fucking sense to me. If climate is the issue, just find somewhere higher in altitude. Even Kentucky has higher elevation places that are slightly less hot that the rest of the place.
Hell if you like the ocean, you could even get something in Florida that isn't retardedly expensive. Yeah it's hotter than Cali but fuckin' hell. The beaches are nicer in Florida anyways.
