Just in certain areas of the south, you could come across some pretty damn unsavory people. Memphis like I said (it's kind of an interstate hub if you're traveling south but it'd be worth taking 1000 back roads to avoid, because it's just that bad). Florida is bad too... certain areas, and really the bad element is just spreading like a cancer there.
