Scorpio women are hit or miss, I've met some good ones like myself (haha) but some will hold a grudge. And it's not the same if you are talking romantic obsession versus just friendship or admiration.
That's interesting you have been attracted to Scorpio rising people but not so much Scorpio sun sign men.
I would MUCH rather be with a Pisces guy than a Scorpio guy. And I really have no experience dating cancer men so I can't even comment on them.
It depends so much more what stage they are at. Like Scorp dudes I generally get a long with. But being pisces having been with a few Scorpio females, I don't like it really.
But when we look at signs and houses and such, we forget the human element. Where people have come from etc. There is just not one solution to figure this shit out.
It has to be a vibe thing.
