You ALWAYS leave yourself wiggle room.
You don't promise dailies, you don't get people bitching at you when the dailies are late.
You don't promise dailies, you don't get burnt out.
If you get burnt out, everyone will be able to tell.
If you get burnt out, your work will suffer.
Considering YouTube only just now started to look promising for you, I highly suggest you pull back a little bit and maintain your energy to put into GOOD readings, and less of them.
It's quality, not quantity in this specific game.
