To rely solely on observation is inaccurate but there are clear differences on days with more people than with less people. Also nights like yesterday are rare and should be enjoyed, I do regret not socializing. There is a square/plaza that should be taken advantage of on nights like those despite weather, maybe that way people would actually stay in town. Maybe there isnt enough money in town to put a stage there, or there are other problems that I would not be aware of...
