Is this some kinda Instagram insider method of being popular or something??
Not everybody uses IG (I don't) and when I did, I never followed people with private accounts... ever.
Making them private can't possibly be a method of operation... it's gotta be for another reason.
Was someone continually trolling their IG accounts?? That could be the case... lame to private them though, totally pathetic. Try modding them instead.
