I think maybe she's moving back to Tennessee. I totally forgot that is her go to place to live. Where did she have her apartment last time? Was that Tennessee? I think that it was. She's probably just moving to a new city in the state, which is why she says she hasn't "lived there" before.

I love the heat. I lived in Phoenix for about 5 years, 120 degrees in the summer sometimes, and So Cal before that.

I would definitely like to see that too, lol. I have a deiseal heater that I run every night. It only costs like 1 or 2 bucks in fuel. They are super efficient. I am not a fan of cold weather either.

Yeah, that whole area is a good real estate market, it's in the greater Las Vegas area, great climate, and cool spot.

I almost bought my first property there. But I always planned on getting one there two. My area is really relaxed on building codes, and is zoned agriculture/rural.
