It appears to be from this year in South Africa and is due to logistics problems.

Here is the start of the caption for the original video dated July this year ..

This is about the 3rd video of a Walmart I've seen looking like this.

Possible explanation: I saw one comment several videos back [last night sometime] saying
that with the way things are and online ordering and pick-up/delivery service taking off like 
it is, that there will be a lot of Walmarts [that aren't "making the numbers"] to close down 
to the public and continue on as order filling stations/distribution hubs. 

Sounds logical. I wouldn't doubt it. We will see...

OK, a comment under this video has shed some light.

While I agree that something is going on, this tiktok is suspect. A quick google search of that location shows they had a remodel last fall. I then used that zip code in the Walmart app to attempt a grocery pickup order. The items that one would expect to be in the freezer cases and refrigerator cases were not only in stock for the most part, most you could order up to 12 of each item. I searched for hamburger patties (raw and frozen), chicken breasts (raw and frozen), Lunchables, and pepperoni.

I respect the content you put out, but I truly believe that tiktok video is perhaps from last year's remodel and the person put a current date on it to go viral, gain followers, or some other reason. I would hope you'd consider just finding a more reliable source for putting the truth out there.

I don't fuck with tiktok and never will so I don't get the ins & outs of it like people who use it
or are familiar with how it works. But I will always edit & add info when I find it so as not to
post half-ass bullshit or promote fear/panic. That's the last thing we need these days!
