Anybody ever made peace with flies?

Seems like flies might be the hardest pest to come to peace with, except for maybe ants if they were crawling on you or something because they tickle.

But flies...

Wow.

Just sooo obnoxious.

They inevitably will get in to your living quarters and when they do...

How do you just let it go?

They always inevitably get up in your face and act like you're a shitlog or something...

You gotta bat 'em away, what if they're trying to plant larva on your skin?? Ummm, gross.

There must be a way to make peace about it but...

I feel like it's one of those things you'd have to learn in the moment out of necessity, kinda like a 'switch flip' kinda situation in life.

I think in order to tackle this situation, it could also be beneficial to understand how flies work, and most specifically, how they see the world. What do they gravitate toward? They seem to go up, and head for lights. I think they just fly toward the sun most of the time, probably fly toward heat so they can find some rank nasty shit to plant their maggots on!!!

the cycle of life really is that we become the fly,
the fly becomes the bird,
the bird becomes the cat,
the cat becomes the tree
the tree becomes the apple
the apple becomes man/women
man/women becomes self aware

I was working in my flower beds and noticed a queen ant in a empty flower pot. she couldnt get out. I was going to take her and move her away from the house.
But Instead I accidently knock it over and she escaped before I could move her.

I said oh well.

Then later that night. Im like wtf, I look over at my kitchen floor and there she was.
It was raining outside so I figure I just keep her inside till morning
instead come morning it snowed.

Then I just decided to research a bit. And decided to keep it. and now im raising a queen ant.

The fun begins.
Even made a hose from a jar so it can have oxygen from outside as this ant seems to smell.
After completing the jar with hose it no longer smelled.

in a singular point of view,
everything is one.
you are the fly and the fly is actually you.

for us to transform
we need help from the fly.
and the bird, and the cat etc,
all the way to the fruit.

for all fruit and tress grow in dirt,
which is broken down organic matter,
we eat the fruit,
sometime we drink it and call it spirits.

the cycle of life.

I actually did ey its like it came in im like right fucker you have to gtfo or you going to be killed.
It kind of listened to me and left through the door.
The animals and insects know what we say, like even the crickets, I shoo them out, they listen.
But the European Wasps, they just hate everything will never listen.

Yeah I feel like even though this seems to be the natural sentiment we're supposed to have...

I've got a long history with totally hating flies, and now at this point in my life I'm just looking back thinking dang, like...

Where have I failed? Is there something I haven't considered about flies? Is my approach wrong?

I want to improve that area of my response to nature, because there are so many pests and annoying as fuck things in nature just like flies, only most of them are worse!

GOLDEN MALRIN

Flies can't resist it, they land in it, get to sucking and within a minute they're convulsing on their little backs. Very satisfying to watch but DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY keep out of reach of children and any animal(s) upon which you do not wish a grotesque death.

Actually darling i now enjoy watching my cat chase flies all around. As a kid i had a few chameleons and they eat almost 100 percent flies so it was my duty to capture lots of flies for them. Does a cat or chameleon have any sympathy ?
