He had been discussing that he'd had 'the talk' with his wife/family about how bad the plastic (packaging) laden food is and how if they wanted potato chips, they were gonna have to CUT UP POTATOES AND MAKE THEM AT HOME.

And I thought, man... is Alex really meaning what I think he's meaning here?? I was like, dang... Alex has lost his fuckin' mind.

It's not that he's wrong... industrialized potato chips are super unhealthy, but I think the solution is that potato chips are kinda dumb anyway. Potatoes should be diced, or mashed.

Regardless, my suspicions were confirmed, I should ALWAYS trust my judgement!

1:10:50 (70:50) in the video he starts explaining that he walked in on his wife making dinner one night and she was microwaving beans in one of those steamer bags for convenience. I can understand him being miffed about it, but the solution is to maybe just not eat the beans at all, improvise and eat something else, then reinforce that she's not to make any foods in bags like that or whatever later on, nicely and she'll learn.

But nooo...

Alex has to go on a fuckin' tirade and MAKE THEM EAT DINNER ACKNOWLEDGING EACH BEAN AS BEING POISON BECAUSE IT WAS COOKED IN A FUCKING BAG.
