You get them on Amazon, eBay, Etsy...

But first you gotta realize that a lot of the time, you gotta end up making your own damn outfit.

It's unlikely you'll find it anywhere already made.

So choose your pants, something you can buy readily basically anywhere (online; for me it's leggings), choose your undershirt.

Then you could really personalize your outfit/costume with one or two custom made pieces that you could either make yourself, or buy on Etsy or somewhere like that.

For example, if you were going for a steampunk aesthetic, you could search 'steampunk vest' on Etsy or Amazon etc.

I've found that your costume should mostly consist of basic items that can easily be replaced, and a few special custom pieces.
