Question about if you think a bad/negative entity is attached to you

Is there a specific talisman or charm one could carry on themselves to repel or remove and block such an attached entity???

I recommend doing the supernova.

It's where you put your hands together (palms together, fingers together) in the prayer position, but hold them in front of your solar plexus...
