I guess it's sorta up for debate whether you can really call it "love" rather than "lust"... but whatever, it's basically a fixation.
It's sad... and not in a judgey "that's pathetic" kinda way. I mean it's legitimately sad.

I see a lot of women being really public about their obsessions/fixations on certain men...
I guess men don't get all public and expressive with their interest in bitches, but unlike I usually do, I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they have the same sort of feelings females do, just maybe kinda different. I dunno. Trying to be fair.

Love is another word for obsession.
Nothing more. Works best when both people are equally obsessed with each other.. However very rare. Usually one is way more obsessed than the other. So key is to find an equally obsessed partner

It's like...
On one hand it is a bit embarrassing to see women go balls to the wall obsessed with somebody in a public way. There's definitely some kinda mental problem there. But... I think inside us ALL, we've BEEN THERE. Like not PUBLICLY obsessing on people necessarily, but we've all FELT that way inside. So... It's relatable. It's the Age of Aquarius and to tell you the truth, I halfway embrace the idea of people just being public about who they're totally obsessed with. It's NEVERRRRRRR gonna make that person WANT THEM. But I think... I think there's some kinda purpose in these public displays of obsession. I think we need to react with compassion toward these situations instead of judging people. I really think compassion is what should replace harsh off the cuff judgement in the age of Aqua. That is NOT TO SAY that we should be all compassionate toward warped people who do BAD shit. No, I'm saying... If some chick (or some dude) is in love with somebody and they can't stop "playing the fool" about it... I just think compassion is way more warranted than pointing, laughing, and acting like none of us have ever felt that way before. Cuz TBH? If you HAVEN'T felt that way before... I think that's even sadder, and you're missing out.

In a way it's like you're paying something you owe to that person that you're obsessed with. Like it's your karma to obsess on them, make an embarrassment of yourself, be all desirous and needy with NOOOOOO fulfillment or reward out of it at all... GOTTA be payback, gotta be karma. So being in that place of longing absolutely IS painful and sad. But there's something almost kind of... Therapeutic about it. Kind of like having a bill hanging over your head... Once you pay it, you feel so much better. For some reason, the people on the receiving end of obsession were owed that energy.
