So Ray himself is a brilliant character, but some of the other people that he has in his performance art group aren't very good actors... my guess is that they are the only people he knows who are willing to put on these shows with him, so you sorta take what you can get.

I like Ray because he takes the classic "drag queen" flamboyant approach rather than the trendy trans approach.
