Dude I was out paddling on my kayak in the straight of Juan de fuca and a pod of orcas suddenly appeared all around me. I was in a state of shock and dread cuz I knew all they had to do was nudge me and I was gonna be flipped over . The biggest one had a fin sticking 5 ft above water and he popped his head up so I could see his big eye looking at me ,right then I knew they were gonna toy with me like a baby seal. I was about a mile from any land so started praying. A few seconds later and bam they knocked me over and I couldn’t flip back up so I climbed out and just started doing the backstroke towards a little island cuz I remembered my sister once doing that across a volcanic lake in Africa which was about a mile across. Well I figured the orca would just chew me in half but suddenly I was lifted out of the water and up in the air about 25 feet all crazy like . When I splashed down I could hear all these noises underwater it was like the pod was havin a party . One of them came up to me all gentle like and it told me to grab it’s fin cuz we was gonna swim for shore. His name was Lucien and he told me the one who flipped me was jake who was going through a rough patch . So I made it back and the girls all stuck their heads out and we said goodbye .
