I don't really care what people think. But I need to keep my scene tight around here unless I go pull a permit with the city. But if you just keep to yourself out here, do a little agriculture or livestock on your property. only build sheds and fences, you will have no worries with the city.

I'll do a tour of my property on my youtube channel soon. I had an old one up of it, but I took it down. My setup is getting pretty far along now.

This will be an enclosed patio area. I still have to recheck the measurements, and adjust the post heights.

Ah, God man there's nothing like that SWEETASS Arizona desert.

So why do you need an RV to do AirBnb or make it palatable for your neighbors?

If sheds are already approved on your property, why not just add another shed as your AirBnb "excuse" for letting people park there?

Lil sheds are super popular on AirBnb in these desert places.

RVs are just such a pain.

Really not great.

They're up there with boats...

Happiest day of your life is when you buy it and when you sell it.

Do you just kinda *want* an RV and you're using the AirBnb thingy as an excuse??

Not judging you!?!

You have the same last name as my car!

That's super weird!

Make sure you don't post any of your personal info on this site...

Like make sure you don't post any links that contain your name in the actual URL (and therefore in the post).

Personal details aren't really allowed here.

Your current username is fine though.

Thanks. I just through those posts and rails together to keep the cows out. I'm going to make it all flush with my shed and nice, and fill the holes with gravel since it is not treated lumber.

I want an RV because they are considered legal dwellings with the city. So they are good to have on the property and for guests.

Okay, I see... makes sense. Unfortunate, but makes sense. In some states/counties, that ain't even allowed, so you're lucky in that sense.

I mean a legal temporary dwelling. That is the key, so you don't need a permit.

It's kind of like they allow RVs, basically, even though a tent is even considered an approved (legal) temporary dwelling. Like you can do a yurt too if you wanted. But sheds are different and they call them accessory structures. lol I hope you get that, and it is not too boring.

The bureaucratic red tape that plagues this nation is indeed boring. But you're not!

Yeah, I'll need an RV and get my permit from the city, so they cannot hassle me about me living here.

Also, I could just buy another lot (parcel of land) and use that for an airbnb property, and not live on it.
