Well, it's a bad idea regardless cuz even if it was land he owned, it's not like she could purchase it from him if things went south between them and she'd built something she really liked on it.

She should just figure out a way to buy her own land, then build whatever she's considering on it.

If she takes the "business partner" route, she will just have to build whatever it is again, somewhere else... probably years into the future.

So she's wasting time. She'll have to get her own land/structure at some point anyway, and everything she's doing is delaying that inevitable reality.

Push it too far into the future and she'll be 50... then the odds are extremely small that she will ever have her own.

It'd certainly be more understandable, people do stupid things when they've got youth on their side. But as a woman of 37, her vital time is ever dwindling. She has to put it to good use to get to a position that will allow her to relax. Land ownership, tiny house owner.

She could easily waste the rest of her childbearing years in a stupid situation with Johnny... time goes by extremely quickly when you're in a relationship, whether it is good or bad.

Everyone's energy takes a dump after a certain age. That's just how it is.

Good diet, exercise, abstaining from ALL bad substances... they can go a long way in maintaining some vitality.

But nobody has enough time to fuck around after they hit 35, you had better have a plan and be working toward it tirelessly.

Relationships are for the young and naive... if you make it past that stage of life with no baggage (no kids, etc.) then you should consider yourself lucky, and just get busy making a comfortable place for yourself to retire.
