No because they don't exist.
Although a guy I worked with, you could call him a big foot, and he was a ginger.

I shall maintain a rate of sweet potato chips for dinner approximately every 2 weeks.

It's a perfect plan.

I have had sweet potatoes since, but not in "chips" form.

I just think sweet potatoes are one of the most perfect foods that exist, bottom line.

The beta-carotene present in sweet potatoes is absolutely sufficient.

I notice that the stainless steel knife I use for chopping them gets this pretty hardcore sheen of orange on the blade, and you have to scrub at it pretty considerably to get it off.

I had been wondering if sweet potatoes alone were a good enough source of the beta-carotene I desire, and I concluded tonight that they absolutely are.

https://www.mountsinai.org/health-librar...a-carotene

Studies show that people prefer the glow that beta-carotene gives the skin even over the glow that a sun tan can give the skin.

Both are great, but apparently the beta-carotene just gives off the essence of true health.

I was eating a bunch of gourds some years back, and the glow was totally obvious for a few weeks. I was amazed by it.

I haven't noticed that glow from the sweet potatoes I've been eating lately, and that's why I was wondering if they really were a sufficient source.

I may get some butternut squash soon.

I gotta tell ya them Monterey Mangoes got my bowel working like a stopwatch. I'm sure the greens and raw broccoli I had this afternoon helped too, but them mangoes worked all night last night.

Oh heck yeah...

I found that my granola does something similar, lol!

Few things are more rewarding than getting your fiber and staying hydrated.

This isn't about sweet potatoes, but...

I just found out the ranch mix I've been using and actually MOST ranch mixes have MSG in them.

I figured it was all just innocuous spices and all that bullshit, but nah...

They gotta put poison in fucking everything.

I'm so disgusted...

Never using that shit again.

I could find some other way to make my own ranch, like just with dill and salt and sour cream, some onion/garlic powder, like sure, of course I could.

I won't use any bottled ranch besides Lighthouse, but now I'm just put off the whole 9 yards.

Someday maybe I'll get the appropriate spices and mix up my own ranch but for now...

I dunno, I just kinda think slathering stuff in even ranch with the most approved of ingredients is kind of just something I need to stop doing.

It's kinda like putting ketchup on a steak.

I'm just using balsamic vinegar now whenever I want some flavor.

I've been eating a lot of raw cabbage/broccoli/peppers lately and it disgusts me to know that I was fucking up the healthiest shit ever with MSG.

Wow, just wow.

I'd rather eat it with nothing on it.

Easy.

Such a sheeple move not to make it like this from the beginning...

Ah well, live and learn.

Would actually be healthy if you skip the mayo or use mayo made with avocado oil. The soybean and canola is probably even worse than msg.

Yeah you're right, I never use mayo to mix the ranch, only milk and sour cream.

It was just good to see a recipe that simplifies the approach in my mind.

That's how they used to make it. Hidden Valley Ranch came in a packet that you added to mayo.
