It's amazing how we idealize things and put so much unneeded, undue longing upon ourselves over shit that just isn't even remotely what we thought it'd be in reality.

If you want to live in a cave, buy a cave.

If you think you can mimic a cave with an "earth ship" home or a partially buried home, enjoy the onslaught of problems they encounter because they're unnaturally formed/positioned.

Just get some land with a cave on it. And let me come live with you. For free, of course. I'd have sex with you too, but I mean... only sometimes.

You're better off in a wooden house with good window action so you can get some sun into the structure... just get a root cellar and/or a storm shelter in a separate place close by on the property if you wanna feel like you're underground in a weird musty hole.

According to the above chart, I'm closer to an African foot. Both make sense when you consider the birthplace of blood type B.

JonLevi sounds monumentally unhappy in his off grid situation. He should get out of there soon. Gone are the days of $300 rent in Flagstaff, but there are plenty of places he can go and get by. He sounds lonely and sad. Not cool, he needs to do something about it.
