So the word is that the cartels are pissed about Title 42 expiring, and they are committing these attacks against migrants to send a message to them... basically the cartels want their money for smuggling people and they won't get it anymore after Title 42 expires. They want migrants to be scared.
They lost their people smuggling money which is why they putting horse tranq and benzos in the fentanyl

They cut street drugs with fentanyl because it's cheap. Why would they then increase the cost by adding benzos?

Only time I've ever heard of the tranq or benzos is in those Kensington Ave. videos, sounded to me like they use those alone, not mixed with anything.

I keep hearing about that, but I honestly have no idea... I don't really watch the horse racing, figure skating is more my thing.
My guess would be the dead horses were sacrifices.
