It's inherently abusive to make kids be on camera and profit off of them on YouTube...

There are a lot of perverts out there watching these family channels just to see kids.

These parents have to know that. I find them morally reprehensible.

The internet has been making noise about how abusive Ruby is for years...

Too bad it took so long for info about her behavior and treatment of her children to get funneled through to the proper authorities.

Seems like Jodi was the escalating party in this whole situation.

I think they took their abuse of these kids to the next level when she came into the picture.

So maybe Ruby will get half her sentence. Or maybe she's already been sentenced. I dunno, haven't kept up with the case.

Ruby will probably get a lesser sentence though. If Jodi gets 60, Ruby will probably get 30-45.

Dunno... just a guess, prolly wrong.

Regardless, it's good to see justice get served to people who hurt children.

I hope this case makes it loud and clear to all family channels with less than good intentioned parents that there are consequences for whoring your children out on the internet.

There's a lot more trash that needs to get taken out, but this is a start.

So they'll both get between 4 to 60 years.

No way either of them will get the full sentence, but 4 years would be too little for either one of them.

If they go light on one of them, it'll be Ruby.

I think Ruby needs to stay in prison long enough for her youngest child (10) to reach adulthood, preferably into their early 20s or something like that. They shouldn't ever have to deal with her as minors again. Maybe they can get therapy and become healthy adults someday. These religious culty nuts are a scourge.
