When you can't naturally conceive, count it as a blessing from God. Don't crap on it by doing everything scientifically possible to push and push for something that was never meant to happen, it's just asking for trouble.

There are a lot of VERY mentally ill women on YouTube who pander to pedos by posting inappropriate footage of their kids, by cashing in on clickbaity titles about their sick kids... which, are they REALLY sick, or did you just find a doctor who's willing to diagnose them with ANYTHING they can come up with?

I think these mentally disturbed women who run these family channels secretly resent their kids and feel like if they have to slave away for them day after day, the kids better be giving something back to them.
