'Batman' actor Adam West dies

Adam West, star of the popular and campy 1960s "Batman" TV show, died Friday night after "a short but brave battle with leukemia," his family said in a statement. He was 88.

"He was Batman. I am Catwoman." I totally agree with her... I never saw any of the other people who played either of those roles as the true Batman or Catwoman. Julie Newmar was always THE Catwoman. Adam West was always THE Batman.
