They're just way off in the distance, suddenly making all these hellish, freakish noises. And then they just suddenly stop.

Hyenas are disgusting too. I saw a trainer working with one at the zoo and all I could think of was ewe.

Every time I hear them go by, I know they are praising the dark lord for their latest kill.

But I just heard 'em for the first time this season and they sounded closer than I've ever heard 'em before...
They're creepy as hell and I really can't say I appreciate them that much.
I mean I had that moment where I saw the beauty in one, but...
Bleh. I just hope they didn't get ahold of a critter I liked.
