The physical effects of solar wind, CMEs and other space weather phenomena

I think maybe it could be due to the uptick in solar activity.

CMEs can either make people feel all whack in a negative way, or have an effect similar to a full moon, all kinds of crazy behavior...

With the sun activity, it seems unhinged in a positive way rather than in the stereotypical mischievous/rowdy full moon kinda way.

On 4-21-2023 there was a big Earth-facing CME, and late in the day on the 22nd, I experienced very strange mood symptoms from this solar energy...

On 4-23-2023, there were remarkable auroras visible due to this CME as far south as the state of Virginia.

These entries were sort of scattered around various threads, but this thread is actually the appropriate place to post these experiences, and I wanted to make sure this was entered into the logs.

So according to WSA-Enlil, this CME happened at around 9PM CST on the 21st.

Around 22 hours later, on the 22nd, I experienced the effects of this CME in my mood.

These effects persisted for around ~3 hours for me.

Then the compact energy from the CME actually hit the planet at around midnight on the 24th.

So it started hitting the planet at around 28 hours after I started experiencing those mood symptoms.

This means that the energy from these CMEs starts interacting with us about ~24 hours before they actually hit...

I take this to mean that our energy starts getting ADJUSTED and PREPARED ahead of time for the physical arrival of the actual compact energy.

I think I calculated all of that fairly accurately... if not, whatevs, I ain't no rocket scientist. I done did my best though!

It's important to me to keep a log of these solar effects, and this thread was made in 2018... there really hasn't been all that much reported to it.

Solar cycles, minimums, maximums... sometimes there are YEARS between upticks in activity on the sun.

We have to log our experiences diligently and accurately so that we can study the effects of solar activity on us, mentally, physically and otherwise.
