That'll be a lot of fun to wear.
I remember using CafePress to commemorate the life of Evel Knievel after he died in 2007!

I designed and ordered 4 "Evel Knievel Is Alive" pin buttons...

First, I downloaded the highest resolution copy of the boat picture I could find. I don't know how much CafePress will have to scale the image, or in what direction, to make it fit on a shirt, so it's best to submit the highest resolution image available.
Next, I scouted a copy of the Drab Majesty logo. They've used a number of different fonts on their record covers and fliers, so I went with the one that most appealed to me. There weren't many options, so I downloaded one that looked like it would be easy to clean up in GIMP. This was a tiny GIF with anti-aliased cyan lettering on a textured grey background. The goal was to reduce it to two colors (black and white) and scale it to fit.
GIMP doesn't have the "reduce color depth" function found in Paint Shop Pro. Moreover, the GIMP color tools won't work period on images with indexed palettes such as GIF. The latter was easily solved by copying the image and pasting it as a new image. (New images are full color RGB in GIMP.) I reduced the color depth by desaturating the image and then adjusting luminance and contrast. This produced the desired white on black logo. The image's transparent color was then set to black.
With a proper overlay in hand, I upscaled it to fit, then copied it and pasted it as a new layer into the boat picture. Done.

I listened to Drab Majesty today and remembered I wanted to make this shirt. I don't believe I still have the picture saved locally. Thank God for Imgur.

The Drab Majesty picture is on page 3 of this thread.
The rest is basically just Fungus fagging up the joint, as usual.
I discovered this song by Siouxsie recently, which I really like.

Seems like I know that song from way back though? It sounds very familiar.

I'm convinced I'm confusing this song with a Curve song that has a similar refrain, but I just don't know.

I'd be hard pressed to name a single Curve song it reminds me of though. They all have that driving bass
line and crunchy distortion pedal on the guitar.
