So I found this guy's channel a little while back when I was looking for good daily fitness routines. I like to get my info from people who aren't your typical gym rat, pumped, weight lifting obsessors. That shit just ain't my gig. I've found a few good channels/sources, but when I found this dude, I was like okay... this is it. This is the perfect approach to fitness, the perfect way to be, the perfect way to LIVE LIFE. This man is, in my opinion, the perfect human.
https://www.youtube.com/@HybridCalisthenics
Not only is his personality just off the charts absolute perfection... he's nice, he's careful with the way he says things because he's not trying to be all judgey and shove shit down your throat. He's the definition of a GOOD guy. He's just a good guy. You can tell. He just is. He's wholesome, he's friendly, he's always trying to uplift people.
But beyond that? He's legitimately the ultimate, absolute pinnacle of what a human CAN BE and should be. His body is perfect, zero discernible imperfections. Which means, how ever he lives, it must be the RIGHT way. Dunno what his diet is, but it's probably pretty perfect too. I'll have to check out his channel more and see if he's made any food videos. His ATTITUDE is perfect, it seems like he's mastered this chill perspective of being caring toward his fellow people, and just having a good outlook in general. He just has an excellent philosophy. It's healthy, balanced, positive and kind.
I mean... imagine if EVERYONE IN THE WORLD was like Hampton. Imagine what a better world we'd live in.
Sometimes people who seem like "goody two shoes" types can come off as kind of unrelatable to 90% of people, but this guy isn't that way at all. He doesn't seem boring, or like he's living with his head in the clouds... he's definitely down to earth. His goodness is INSPIRING. It's not daunting, it doesn't make you feel like shit about yourself. It makes this state of being seem ATTAINABLE. He does the same thing with fitness... for the most part, everything he does seems fairly attainable.
It's remarkable. Typically I am just 100% jaded about humanity and don't see a damn fucking thing I like about it. But when you come across people like this... it makes you feel like, even though they're SO RARE, it may be worth keeping the human species around just because SOMEWHERE out there, people like Hampton actually exist.
Where are more of these people? Like WHEREEEE can they be found? Why can't we bring 'em all together and just... replace everybody else with them?
I just wish the world was full of people like this instead of... what it's full of. Which is shit. Just shit. In my opinion.
Now of course, no one is ACTUALLY perfect. Everybody has flaws and I'm sure even this guy has some... of course. But I can't imagine them being anything THAT bad. I think even with whatever flaws he does have, he's as close to perfect as it can possibly get. I just want to see more of this in the world. I want the world to change into this. Now.

Pretty sure he was raised Christian, so that could be part of why he's so great. He does have that "Good Christian" glow about him.
In one video, he talked about growing his hair so he can cut and donate it. Like dude... every aspect of this guy's WAY OF BEING seems admirable.
It seems like he genuinely just wants to help people.

We need to study what kind of life, what kind of upbringing, what type of parents, what type of environments in general result in people like this. What are the conditions that result in someone turning out this way? We need to get it down to a formula and replicate it globally.

I'm sure individual traits and personality factor into this... but I think it must be equally the early life conditions, the conditions during the formative years that result in people like this.

We don't need to start over on another planet like Mars... the Elon approach. Why throw in the towel on a perfectly good planet like this, when CLEARLY people exist who make humanity WORTH saving? We just need to foster the conditions that result in good people... that should be the focus. Not colonizing Mars and starting out fresh with a good crop. It's not like that is what would REALLY happen anyway. Take Elon Musk for example... you know that guy is a kinky pervert. Nothing all that weird, probably, but just... hedonism to some degree. If it's only gonna be "his people" on Mars, how good can that really be? They're gonna be all obsessed with weird AI cartoon bitches and hentai or something. It's not conducive to producing people like Hampton and therefore, it is garbage.

Apparently Hampton was a 24/7 caretaker for his mom when she was dying, and he was doing that while he also made videos to grow this brand he's built. Which is huge BTW, he's not just on YT, he's probably even bigger on places like TikTok (which I totally hate, but that's another matter).
He seems dedicated and selfless, but not in a pushover kind of way... it's something that just seems to emanate from the core of his being.
He says he doesn't take sponsorships or brand deals because he doesn't want to lie to people and say he likes something if he doesn't. He's not willing to be bought, and it doesn't matter how much money they offer him. He's also warned other social media creators to be super careful about taking sponsorships because it's not really "free money" and there is always risk behind associating yourself with companies. Like what if the product turns out to be harmful or the business is shady... that could reflect badly on your own brand. He's right.
There are a lot of principles he seems to operate by, and he may not even realize he's doing it. I bet Christianity IS a huge part of why he's this way.

It's funny because he doesn't realize that he goes viral because he IS cute, like a kitten or a puppy. Lol, it's just so adorably naive.

It's not JUST because he's cute, his short form vids are extremely well made and edited. They're very entertaining and engaging. But a lot of people make good content and don't go viral. So there's more to it than just making good videos... at the end of the day, it's because of HIM. People love his wholesome qualities and he's lovable like a cute animal.

We need to find the female version of Hampton and breed them to make more.
For the next few decades, only Hampton and his female equivalent(s) are allowed to reproduce.
This is how we can make the world a better place. This is the fast track. This is the solution.

This should be the goal of humanity. This is how we save ourselves.

When the aliens land, we've got to introduce them to Hampton before anyone else.
This has gotta be the first example of humanity they're allowed to interact with.
He's gotta be the Earth Ambassador.
If we show them Hampton, maybe they won't destroy us all without asking more questions.

He probably IS an alien though. That's probably why he's so great.
He's like a remnant that got left behind from the last advanced Earth Age, back when shit was Atlantis or something.

I do wish he'd make more long form videos though. Shorts don't give you enough time with him to bask in his personality and the sheer radiance of his being.

What the fuck. Lol. The title took me by surprise.
I've scrolled thru his channel a couple times looking for vid titles that might pique my interest, I guess I didn't notice this one.
I like people who are able to think ahead this way and are capable of talking about death. I've met some younger Gen Y peeps who are incapable of talking about death AT ALL, like it scares them and they get all weird about it. It's just kind of immature. I feel like you can't have a truly deep philosophical convo if you can't even talk about death.
2:00 I figured this was gonna be clickbait and he'd turn it into something else, but nah... he's delivering. Lol. I love this video idea.
2:13 lol this is so morbid, this guy is so amazing, like what. What the actual fuck. I love it.
2:28 I agree with him super hard about this. Death is such a tiny part of life... if you live to any considerable age, you have spent sooo much more time living than you'll ever spend dying.
2:45 he may not be in love with himself, but I guarantee a whole lot of people are in love with him, lmao.
3:34 this is what I call looking at the sunny side of life...

I'm kinda sad that he's married, but I could never be worthy of a guy like Hampton anyways... so God bless the woman who is. She's lucky for sure. He's got a lot of devoted fans in his comments sections who all say the same thing, lol. He pretty much has a cult following at this point, the subscribers are really protective of him.

3:52 he's definitely right to an extent, but... I dunno, some people just like making dirty jokes. Is that wrong? Probably.
It doesn't matter whether I've been getting laid or not, I tend to say pervy shit. Especially online, not so much in real life. There's an aspect of shitlording to saying pervy shit on the internet. It's fun. Is it good clean fun? No. But it's not THAT bad.
He's right though, if you're gonna be celibate, especially because of even vaguely spiritual reasons, there should be a cap on the amount of filthy pervsmack you're willing to talk. I haven't reached that balance yet, but I think I'm better than I've been in years past.

I like watching this guy's videos to purge my mind of garbage though... he's just one of those people that is universally likable and his influence is a powerful anti-degeneracy tool.

Anti-bad. Anti-negativity. Anti-shite. I wonder if there are any other YouTubers like this who are talking about stuff that interests me. It'd be great to only be subbed to people like this.

I think I'm like 5% better.
I dunno how many people out there are celibate... especially by choice. But it's a topic that is really pertinent to me because I just really think celibacy is the right approach to take in the world right now.
Shit, today I was at the store and there was this babychild screaming like it was poh-zessed. You could hear it across the store and it was LITERALLY demonic style screaming, legitimately never heard anything like it before. It was hardcore...
And I was thinking, man, THANK GOD I don't have children. I thank God almost daily for this, just whenever I remember.
With the state of society, with the totally lax moral state of most people, the hedonism, the unhealthy habits and behaviors, addictions of all kinds, the lying, the scamming that goes on just among everyday people...
You'd have to know somebody for like 10 years before you should ever consider reproducing with them. You'd have to judge whether or not they're growing in the same direction you are as a person. You'd have to assess the situation sooo carefully.
It's a relief to have the bulk of my childbearing years behind me, but I'm still not out of the woods for a considerable amount of time. It's terrifying to think about having sex with somebody and conceiving a child. I just see zero benefits to engaging in sexual activity with people. There's no one I want bad enough to risk all the terrible things that can happen.
Loving somebody and having things fail between you is bad enough by itself. But throw in all the other shit that can go wrong and... I dunno, it just seems like a fool's game.
