Men are 70% of their homeless population and yet no help for them?? Literally the BULK of the issue is not being addressed at all.
To give it a fair shot and a chance to work, men and women should have received the money equally, after being screened.
It's just more tactics and more BS. It's just more experiments being conducted on the people of this country.
