If this was supposed to be any type of TRUE test, they would have distributed equally to males and females, and studied who did better with the opportunity they were given.

To give it a fair shot and a chance to work, men and women should have received the money equally, after being screened.

I thought the title seemed a bit 'off' so I searched the 'title' and only a handful of 'wordpress' and other
amateur sites came up. It's good to read the entire article so you're not part of the problem which is twisting
a fact to fit a home spun narrative. The title and the insinuation and facts claimed are simply not true. 

Other websites like to make 'fear/anger/division' porn; I think you just misread and posted some Faux News
and ran with it and they got ya. Got ya mad, got ya hatin.' Never figured you for a corporate propagandanews
(all of them) follower. 

And the title "DENVER IS ...etc" Also misleading making one believe this is a State Funded Project. 

This is being ran by a private (a501c3) charity and they can do whatever they want with their money but it is not
specifically for the people you have been told by American propaganda spin doctor social engineers. Patently false
and verifiable with only a few copy, pastes, clicks and less than 30 seconds reading.

Imagine if you'd done that; how much less toxicity you would have avoided.... There is no 'shining beacon' of news.
