She's so lucky she bought the house by herself and not with some dude. Men are always trying to fuck you out of security and comfort at every point and turn. Females should be raised on the goal of property/home ownership before all else. You reach the goal of owning your own home as soon as possible in life, then you can go waste your time in a relationship if you so choose. Just don't marry him... don't wanna give him any opportunity to fuck you out of what belongs to you.

2:46 some realtors are scumbags, some are truly great. You always luck up hard when you find one who is actually GOOD. I've met many realtors, but I've only met 2 or 3 who weren't just out to brazenly fuck you.

4:07 definitely not the time to be buying or selling... that's for sure. But everybody's gotta take their own journey into the house thingy at some point or another, and as a wise man once said, "An awful lot of life can be missed just waiting for the right time."

4:15 pretty amazing how artists are able to see the vision of what they're trying to paint, lmao. I just cannot understand how it works. Stephi is so wonderfully talented. I think she could always make a great living doing commissioned pieces.

4:50 the thing is, once you get into a house, life really starts to slide away. Lol, I'm so for real. Like, time just GOESSSS. I was always told this by my elders. If you get in a relationship, time sliiiidddesss. If you live in one place for years, time sllliiiidddesss. I think it's good to change it up at least once every 5 years because of that simple fact. By moving around and having those different experiences, changes of scenery, etc., you can bend/warp/elongate time.

It's a strange dichotomy. The goal is home/property ownership... however, staying there forever is ill-advised. The ultimate situation would be to own the home, but have the van and go traveling around frequently. You have that homebase, but you also keep moving. In that case, it's good to have a close friend or trusted family member who can occupy the dwelling while you're not there. Houses need to be lived in and cared for on the daily.

5:15 yeah, the closing process is painstaking as shit. The entire process of acquisition is painstaking actually, finding the place, making an offer, all that stuff... really stressful and loads you up with all kinds of emotional apprehension.

5:50 shit, that's beautiful... I think I'm gonna cry.

6:30 there's nothing better than being alone. It's such a blessing... especially for an artist.

6:40 I spy the Wild Unknown Animal Spirit Oracle! Such a perfect deck for Stephi.

7:20 lmfaooo, OMG, SAAAMMMEEEEE!!!!! I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who has a book fetish but doesn't even read them.

7:42 that's a bitchin' kitchen... nice island countertop, great cabinets.

8:30 nice floor... love me some wood.

Revel in your freedom, Stephi, and don't ever give it up for anyone. No one is worth it. Love your dog, love your solitude, and just create.

6:04 sheeeeiiittt... if I could paint like that, I'd never do anything else!!!!!

14:33 definitely seems like it'd be a bitch to remove all those decorations, especially with the staples, but whateves... Stephi's van is badass. Dopetacular.

14:55 hell yeah girl, let's have a reading party! You need to get yourself a standard tarot deck though... https://www.amazon.com/Rider-Tarot-Arthu...091386613X As far as taking the tarot/oracle seriously, it doesn't really matter... they are just loose-leaf books at the end of the day, and the value is the art and beauty just like any other book.

18:25 Stephi is so fun.

I never watched this video when it originally came out, dunno why, since I obviously think Trent is mega stupid hot.

But I got to 14:14 in the video and wow... lol. Just the look on Trent's face at 15:12 says it ALL.

Like, especially as a man, he knows how bad that is. Lol. He knows that a dude is just NOT in it to win it if the whole relationship starts off with him making out with some other chick right in front of you.

Trent was really cool and nice about it, but you can tell what he's thinking.

I would NEVERRRRRR start a relationship with a man if it began under those terms... he would forever expect another threesome with another chick and I'm sure it would be just absolutely fucking obnoxious to deal with.

If I'd seen this video when it first came out, it would have provided A LOT of insight into the vibe of Stephi and her ex's relationship.

I'm telling you... nobody's really 100% gay. As far as males, it's WAYYY harder to get a gay male interested in you as a woman. But for lesbians... pft. The right dude comes along and all bets are off... suddenly they're like arrow straight and thirsty as fuck.

Me personally, I'm way too much of a prude to ever have a threesome or any kind of shit like that. I won't even have a two-some these days. Like fuck no. But I ESPECIALLY would never be with a dude after he started making out with another chick in front of me. That's just totally disrespectful and I can't believe Stephi lasted with that ex for as long as she did... it must have been miserable, lmao.

Mo has the sex drive of Sheldon cooper

I been listening to a couple older Stephen king books and for a few chapters he tries to describe sexual relations , if I had a boner going in it was changed into a micro cold swimmer penis after that

3:05 you can never make too much pasta.

3:58 it's so dark in Stephi's house... I feel like she doesn't turn any lights on. I wonder if that's why it's dark or if it's just one of those houses that doesn't have all that many lights. I gotta have a well lit place or at least have the ability to turn on some funky stylish lamps or something.

4:30 wow, I never thought I'd hear a hipster millennial version of Billie Jean, but right the fuck on.

6:00 oh God, so apparently she lives around where her ex lived and now she's getting him to help her do stuff. Like nooo. Nooooooooo. Nooooo. Agh man. I'm feeling the need for another van trip coming on.

I feel like Stephi tried to settle around NC because she had friends and connections there, but I don't get the vibe that any of them are actually hanging out with her. That's always how it goes.

Mobile living CAN get tiring, I'm not saying it can't. But... a lot of that is just the driving around. If you could park it up at campsites (BLM, National Forests, etc.) for the typical 2 week window and keep moving around in the same general area, you wouldn't have to drive all that much when you started to get tired of it.

My philosophy is that if you have enough money? There's never a reason to stop living in your rig. Seriously... there really isn't. If you have the income, there's no reason not to do it forever.

6:26 agh, God, Stephi, PLEEEASSSEEEE don't get knocked up. Please please please. For real. If you take BC, just make sure that nobody's sabotaging your BC. If you depend on condoms, DON'T. If you have even more lax contraception than that (like the pull out method), DON'T HAVE SEX. For real. DOOONNNN'TTTTT. Dudes try to babytrap women all the time. And even if it's not a purposeful, deviant attempt to babytrap you... simple accidents happen. For real, please, OMG. DON'T get pregnant.

NEVERRRRR believe a guy when he tells you he doesn't want kids. Because he may NOT want kids, but that doesn't mean he won't still try to babytrap you just to conquer you and have power over you... even if he's not gonna be with you. It doesn't matter. For men, it's all about controlling you, whether it's directly (themselves) or by extension (with the baby). And if a guy DOES say he wants kids?? Fucking RUNNNNN. That's EVEN WORSE.

Protect yourself Stephi, my God please just protect yourself. Like, you can walk away from a house. You can do that anytime. It may not even seem like you can, but I assure you, you can. You can walk away from ANYTHING... but you can't walk away from a child. All the legalities and the issues (there are nothing but issues and legalities with it) will cause you to be TRAPPED. Women ALWAYS get left holding the bag. Keep him OUT of your vagina.

You can always rent the house out and GTFO. There are plenty of options. But the size of your world shrinks down to absolutely nothing the second you become a mother. Please just stay free, Stephi.

8:48 you can put in the contract that tenants have to take care of the plants or they'll get kicked out.

But you gotta be careful with the wording... don't just say "Must water plants" or some shit because they'll just overwater them and kill them. Make sure if you rent out the house that you have printed and laminated a rule set/guide for how to care for the plants... i.e., "Small amount of water, once per week" or whatever they need. No idea, I don't do plants, I don't do pets, and I don't deal with kids.

2:04 I feel like Stephi wants to live on the porch, lol. I completely get it though... a few years back, I wanted to build a screened in deck and live in it. I think it's a pretty normal desire.

2:55 lmfao oh God. Leave it to dad to say some shit like that. The worst part is they're usually right about stuff. As far as a screened in porch though, the idea itself is GREAT. It's just actually doing it yourself instead of hiring out the work may the be part that isn't so great.

3:15 for a porch that baller to NOT be screened in is kind of a shame, let's be honest. It's a nice porch and it should be screened in. All porches should be screened in... I dunno why the fuck it isn't just the standard yet.

Kind of OT, but I looooove Stephi's natural hair.

3:50 same, lmao. But I gotta appreciate her for giving this a try. It's weird because I had the screened in deck idea around the same age Stephi is right now.

4:18 check out that bitchin' tool belt, I'm jelly!!!

8:50 I guarantee the actual screen part is frustrating AF.

10:30 Stephi should be a contractor... that would be super hot. I'd choose her over a dude for the view alone.

15:15 just hit those hinges with some WD-40.

15:50 I think Stephi is a really impressive person.

15:55 daybed... see, she DOES wanna live on the porch. I don't blame her.

17:17 awww, look how cute her fingers are.

I mean, I also understand that she screened in the porch for her dog as well, I'm not dismissing the validity of that idea.

But I think somewhere deep inside, Stephi DOES wanna live on the porch. I know because I've been there, lmao. It just feels like SUCH a great idea. In a perfect climate, there'd be no reason to even have a house, TBH. All you'd need is that screened in deck. It's a utopian concept in a lot of ways... I get it. But for some people, deep inside, that feels ideal. That feels like heaven. And it probably is.

Stephi has a FIIRRRREEEE body... she looks in wonderful shape, strong, and well defined. I don't think she's ever looked better in her life... she has a beautiful body and I hope she upkeeps that after moving into a house. I hope that for a lot of reasons. It's NOT just aesthetics... it's just that it's undeniably healthier to be fit, and it grants a longer life. It helps the body be able to cope with whatever it encounters. Sometimes living in a house can be demotivating... as fuck. I hope she stays active and maintains this figure that she's clearly worked really hard for. Her physique inspires me and it's about so much more than just having a sexy body or anything shallow like that (even though there's nothing wrong with being hot and rocking it).

Man I love Stephi. I think she's such a great chick.

1:05 see, I knew she wanted to live on that baller porch. She's fucking right, it IS the ultimate life though. I'd sleep out there and live out there as long as the weather permitted.

4:40 you know how they say "All you need is love"... BS. All you need is a dog.

7:00 lol, did she really just buy a shitload of gnomes!? Okay that's kinda cool.

8:50 sucks that it's about to get cold as shit where she lives though. Like what're you gonna do when it's too cold to live outside?? Roadtrip to Arizona? Lol.

10:10 fave by far.

12:15 she made a really nice place. I like all the gnomes and shroom decor. I'd definitely live on that porch. I just wish it was at or below the 33rd parallel so I'd never have to stop.

I'm always happy and excited to see a new video by Stephi.

It looks like Stephi has a lot of fun in her bitchin' house.

0:40 "No Gnome Left Behind"... lmao.

1:26 the painter gnome is my favorite.

3:16 FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Freedom baby, YEAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you get a taste of that solitude and the absolute bliss that there's no one around breathing down your fucking neck, you will NEVER settle for less, EVER again.

4:35 Stephi's so fire.

6:00 she kind of glossed over the fact that her ex was there no doubt trying to get back into her good graces... barf. I think Stephi's still too young to really understand how deep that rabbit hole goes.

6:12 I wish I could go around scantily clad, but I get soooooo cold.

6:36 isn't it so cool to have a mailbox right there at your house?? Like how amazing is that. America is the best!

7:56 oh damn, that looks good as fuck.

8:00 TBH I'm not bummed about autumn being here either... there's something about the crisp air that I find appealing. I enjoyed the winter last year (it doesn't snow here) and I actually kind of missed it when it was over. Now that it's cooling off again, I have that same feeling of enjoyment back. It's weird cuz I've never really been the cold weather type, and I still don't like it when it's COLD. But I really fucking dislike snow. I am okay with being in an area where it gets cold but doesn't snow.

8:21 dude that sounds craaaazy. Like yeah, that's uncomfortable but at the same time, like, you SURVIVED that shit. That's really a great experience to have under one's belt.

8:40 yeah it SOUNDS like a perfect plan, spend the cozy winter months working on art or whatever... but whatever you do, keep that fucking ex away because people always be getting knocked up in the winter months, especially late winter, ew.

9:10 if I had my own house like Stephi, I'd record myself CONSTANTLY, no matter what the fuck I was doing.

Have I ever mentioned that Stephi is in her Saturn return??

https://www.famousbirthdays.com/people/s...right.html

I mean right about now, she's in the THIIIIIIICK thickity thick of that shit!

Tell you what, I just got done with going through the Saturn return a while back and it fucking SUUUUUUCKED.

Now, that's not to say that there weren't some great experiences and fun times sprinkled into that era of life, after all, it is a long era...

The Saturn return really does have ripples in your life from 27-31 years of age. I get it, that's a long time. I know. But it's true, and 28-30 is the THICK OF IT.

The important thing to remember about the Saturn return is the fact that Saturn wants you to prove yourself to him. Saturn is Father Time, the Taskmaster. He expects you to build something strong even when it's uphill through quicksand.

You have to build something hardcore from your own devices, you can't include other people in the equation at all... if you try to associate with anyone else during the Saturn return, it'll hold you back/delay your process and displease the Saturnian energy.

The key is to build something ALONE, which includes the whole world at the core of its purpose. So you do it ALONE, but in the end, it benefits and includes everyone.

The best thing to do with this era of time is create... a shit ton. Tangible things. For Stephi, what she should be doing is obvious... she's an artist. This is a time to create a shit ton of tangible things, but DO NOT expect for those things to leave your possession until you have reached the end of the Saturn return and have proven your ability to build to the Taskmaster.

After the objective is achieved, then the things that were created during that time can be dispersed into the world to bring connectivity, enjoyment, entertainment and pleasure in general to a great many people.

The Saturn return is the proving grounds. And while technically the transit does end... the effects of what you needed to learn will drag on into the future indefinitely until you DO THE THING. The trials and tests that come along during the Saturn return often involve other people.

Sometimes people die during one's Saturn return, which causes trauma and sadness we have to work through. Sometimes love interests come along and totally derail everything our lives are actually supposed to be about, very common. And a lot of times, people derailment comes along in the form of reproduction, which is the ultimate fuckup to make in a Saturn return because it basically guarantees you'll never be able to complete the Saturnian task that was meant for you, and the rest of your life will be fucked, at least until your next Saturn return comes along in 30 years to give you another chance.

There will only ever be one task that Saturn is expecting of you... whether you do it now, or in 30 years the next time your Saturn transit comes along, it's always gonna be about the same thing, so you might as well nail the shit now.

2:21 she's right, floor seating is better and it's because of circulation too... chairs are dumb because they impair circulation.

3:30 funnest sponsor ever, I absolutely love this idea.

8:35 TBH, I fucking love Stephi Lee.

10:10 she has a legit wood burning stove, wow, that is so righteous.

10:30 lol I LOOOOOVE the gnome theme of this house. So iconic.

12:10 Stephi is so great.
