Yeah Billy is sexy as fuck... one of the hottest mofos ever. Yeah I saw Billy in concert too and he was amazing... he's totally refined now, voice is better than ever, piano is excellent. He's incredible, but we've had our differences.
I remember a few years back maybe on Rogan or some such, he was being controversial and it seemed like he was about to pull back some curtains on the sordid music and celeb industry. Don't think anything ever came of it and then it died out, I forget what it even was. He seems pretty comfortable now, was joking around and brought his kids on stage for a couple songs

A lot of people are in the comments warning her to be careful because apparently Austin has gone to total shit in the past several years... I've heard about that from a lot of sources.
Katie's life is a testament to how safe America really is, at least how safe it's BEEN up to this point. I'm sure it's still pretty damn safe, but yeah... the fact that she's never had any truly fuckin' scary experiences re: other people whilst traveling is a testament to how great America is.
But she's super pretty, gives off a generally carefree vibe when she's traveling around places she hasn't been, and I hope she doesn't get into the mode of taking for granted that things are safe and chill. Cities are always questionable no matter where they are, and small towns are equally questionable. One shitty experience can make you question traveling and all that kinda stuff ever again, so it's best to keep your guard up and not just assume it's safe.

Not trying to piss on anybody's parade, but... I dunno, it's best to keep in mind you are "special needs" when you're a pretty chick traveling around by yourself. Men aren't even safe though, shit, nobody is TBH. But especially women traveling alone... just gotta be safe and I would say looking up on place like City-Data or Reddit or whatever about the locale before you go to it would be a great idea. NEW info only... some of the threads on those places can date back a decade or more, I mean, things can change hardcore in that amount of time.

Katie looks super good. I was worried about her a while back, but it seems like she's doing a lot better now.
I like her personality and I think it's really cool that she's had the same car for a long time... people who have done the mobile living thing seem to always be lusting after a "better" rig, and people in general ALWAYS seem to have 'new car lust', and I'm glad Katie appreciates and enjoys what she has instead of trying to keep up with all the popular new crap. It sets her apart and shows she has something going for her that a lot of people don't.

So I've been watching some of Katie's vids from like the past year or so, just to catch up and cuz her content is just kinda good for turning on in the background while you're doing other stuff.
And I really like Katie a lot, I think she's great.
But a few times, I've heard her say that she wants to get married. Like she wants to settle down, get a dog (doesn't want kids though), and she'd be willing to stay in one place for the right person...
And with all due respect, I think that is absolute bullshit. I mean, I'm sure she DOES think she wants that, I'm sure she DOES think she feels that way...
But if she settled down and had to stay in one place forever, she'd FUUUUCKKKKINNNGGGG hate it, to a level that she has no concept of at this point in her life. She has noooo idea. She would absolutely, positively, 100% totally hate it.
The "perfect" partner wouldn't be enough to keep her from getting bored. The perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and all the seemingly best from the outside WOULD NOT be enough to tame her wanderlust.
Nothing will ever tame the wanderlust. Nothing will ever make her want to stay in one place.
People like Katie and myself who have traveler blood, traveler DNA, traveler SOULS... we will NEVER want to stay in one place forever. Not with anyone, not anywhere, nothing, not ever.
I think that fooling ourselves about that could lead to all kinds of upset in our personal lives... I know it already has in my own life. And I just want Katie to seriously stop and think about it and realize she's never gonna live that normal cookie cutter life, BECAUSE she will never truly be happy in it. We were meant to roam and nothing can stop it besides death.

You could settle down into a relationship at any point in your life at that rate, why not kick the can down the road until as late in life as possible? Lol. Our surroundings are a reflection of our mental state... usually I look past it if Katie's car is cluttered cuz hey, I fucking love the nomad life and you gotta give some allowances when someone's living in a car rather than a van or an SUV. I'll tell you one thing though, I sure the fuck wouldn't be settling down with some asshole until I'd traveled through Monument Valley at least 5 times. Leave no stone unturned on that shit, TBH. Why can't she just get a dude who likes to travel instead?? Maybe he can take her places that are inadvisable to go to alone, but that are super badass? Like the Namibian coast or Acapulco or something?? If you're gonna bag a dude, he might as well be useful somehow.
