Since the Colleen fiasco, I've heard a lot of commentators say that they never understood why people found Miranda funny. They wondered what the fuck kind of person thinks that shit is funny, and I have to agree. The MirandaSings character always rubbed me the wrong way, hard. Back in like 2011, I had a crush on this YouTube chick who was basically obsessed with Miranda, and I remember thinking "What the fuck? How can she actually find this funny?" At the time, it made me second guess my interest in her TBH.

I think it may be better to make long form content in podcast (audio file only) format, and those files are small enough to host on one's own website/server.

I'm pretty sure it'd be feasible.

I have a couple of short audio files uploaded on my server, but nothing large.

I will try it out at some point to see how big the storage really needs to be.

I don't even use Twitter, but if YouTube is gonna put the final nail in their own coffin, then might as well jump on the most likely alternative to their platform, which shockingly seems to be Twitter.

Sage says he's paying for Twitter Blue to post his videos since YouTube banned him for a week recently.

So there you have it.

If even Sage, someone who self-professedly can't really internet very well, is choosing Twitter as an alternative to YouTube...
